Deals As Good As Dyersburg Foreclosures

Did you realize that property values for Dyersburg real estate and Dyer County real estate have fallen from 10-30% in the last two years?

There are so many people looking for Dyersburg foreclosures and many will never buy.

Here is what most people don't understand. With property values down so low and interest rates at historic lows(30 yr conventional 4.375%,15 yr conventional 3.875%), house payments will seem like payments being made on foreclosures.

Most people wait until they think they have seen the bottom of prices but most never catch the bottom and if and when they do then interest rates have already bounced back up.

Right now may just be the best time to grab that good deal on a house and good deal on a mortgage. I am ready to assist you with your Dyersburg real estate purchase whether it be on a foreclosure or value priced home.

New Dyersburg Hud Foreclosure

Hud just listed with a Memphis company a foreclosure at 1101 Ridgeway Street. This is a pretty good area and I own the house next door. This house was part of an estate and was previously listed for $68,500. This foreclosure is listed for $40,000.

Currently Hud has this house in the lightning round which means that another government entity can purchase it. That expires tonight at midnight. Then, Hud may possible make it open to teachers, policemen, firemen, etc. but in my opinion since the area is so good they will make it available to any owner/occupant.

Investors bids will not be opened until we get past 10 days of owner/occupant bidding.
Now would be a fantastic time to call me to look and be ready to submit a bid. as I have said many times in the past, 92% of list price is usually what will purchase a Dyersburg HUD foreclosure. That amount is $36,800. Call me at 713-589-7841 to get in to look at this house.

New Dyersburg Hud Foreclosure

The Dept of Housing and Urban Development just listed this Dyersburg area Hud foreclosure. Here is a link to this 3 bedroom 1 bath brick foreclosure in Patricia Subdivision and I believe this is in the city limits of Newbern.

Priced at only $40,000, this neat looking house should sell in the next 10 days which is the period where Hud only looks at owner /occupant bids.Based on my calculations a bid of $36,800 should purchase this house.

Call me now at 731-589-7841 to look and bid on this Hud foreclosure near Dyersburg.

2 Nice Dyersburg Hud Foreclosure-One Pending and One Still Available

There has been lots of activity on two different Dyersburg area Hud foreclosures. The first one is 950 Cobb Road. Listed at the reduced price of $62,550 this house has had 8 different offers ranging from $34,799-$57,500. Based on my experiences, a price of $57,546 will buy this home. Call me if you are interested.

The second home we need to discuss is the one at 822 Sir Lionel. This house had 4 offers and Hud has selected an offer of $62,300 as the winning bid. This is a little bit above what Hud would have normally taken but a smart bid as others were also right in there with their bids.
