New Dyersburg Area Hud Foreclosure February 12, 2013

There is a new Dyersburg area hud foreclosure just listed today (February 12, 2013). This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located at 150 Polo Drive near Dyersburg. I remember showing this home last year and it was in pretty good condition. According to HUD it will go FHA and no repairs should be required.
