New Dyersburg Hud Foreclosure on Speedway

There is a new Dyersburg Hud foreclosure on Speedway priced at $66,000. A friend of mine bought this house in 2001 for $95,000.
I sold this for my friend in April of 2005 for $97,000. The reason this fellow lost it to foreclosure is because his factory where he worked shut down(World Color).
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a nice deck and a above ground pool. Hud listed this property a few days ago and are only opening owner occupant bids at this time(until August 19). They are opening bids daily.

Many Dyersburg Houses Still in Foreclosure Pipeline
There are still many Dyersburg foreclosures coming up in the next several weeks. I am following the foreclosure notices and see several nice homes slated to be auctioned off on the courthouse steps. What happens most often is the bank makes an initial bid and usually ends up with the house. Then, they assign that house to a Realtor to market and sell.

New Homesteps/Fannie Mae Foreclosure in Dyersburg

When I clicked on the Fannie Mae Foreclosure link over on the right I could not believe the price they are asking for this new Dyersburg Foreclosure.
They are only asking $45,900 for this 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Rolling Meadows subdivision. The house has an in ground pool in the back.
Another agent here in the office viewed it a few minutes ago and she said it needs work but well worth the money.

How do some foreclosure deals ever close?
Most of the Dyersburg foreclosures are listed by out of town real estate agents. Please don't ask me why since they do not know our market and have to drive long distance to show the properties. I guess that is a reflection of how our government operates.
I just want to say that "some" of these out of town agents do not take care of business like they should. I also have to say that some of them are pretty good at their job.
One of my agents got accused of being unethical by one of these out of town agents but I assure you my agent is one of the best in the business and the reason he made the accusation is because he wasn't taking care of business so my agent had to.
To avoid getting hooked up with the "wrong" listing agent on these foreclosures, why not call the team at Carousel Realty(who take care of business). The office number is 731-285-2277 or you can call or text me(Mike) at 731-589-7841.

There is a new Hud foreclosure in Dyersburg at 2400 Clifton Drive. It is listed for $81,000 by Alexander Realty. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath that was last purchased for $93,000 in September of 2004.
