I am having a lot of people ask me where we are in the foreclosure process. What they really want to know is when are the Dyersburg foreclosures going to end.
I have been studying the foreclosures process and in my opinion, the Dyersburg foreclosures are about 50% complete. We should continue to have foreclosures in a big way for the next 12 to 18 months.
Many lenders have been holding off the foreclosure process but the faucet will open up again very soon and then we can get all these Dyersburg foreclosures behind us.
Many lenders are choosing the short sale route but this option has not been very prevalent yet in the Dyersburg market but they will soon.
