I got an e-mail today from the listing agent for the Walnut Lane house. She told me the asset company is trying to decide whether to fix the broken water pipes under the house or to sell the house as is. I wrote about this Dyersburg Foreclosure in my previous post here.
I was not aware of the broken pipes but glad she let me know so I can let our readers know. Also, I always strongly recommend a home inspection.

I just found out that the 5 bedroom Lakewood house at 526 Elm Lane has been reduced. The new price is $183,900. This house has lots of water frontage on the main lake at Lakewood.
