New Hud foreclosure Near Dyersburg

Looking on my newest Hud link over on the right(Hud Homestore) I see a new Hud foreclosure near Dyersburg. Actually the house is in the Bogota community. The address is 29 Highway 103 Bogota, Tn 38007.

Hud acquired the property back in Aug for $96,129 and the courthouse has a value of $76,200 on the property. The previous owner(before Hud) purchased the property in November 2008 for $88,000.

Dyersburg Fannie Mae Foreclosure Sold

The Dyersburg Fannie Mae Foreclosure at 820 Dianne Court is sold.I keep getting inquiries about this house. The house is still listed on Randy Lankford's site but in fact it closed 3 weeks ago.

The buyer did not use a buyers agent like me but went directly to the listing agent and in my opinion paid about $20,000 too much. The house had been auctioned off by Fannie Mae and the winning bid was $156,000. Fannie Mae rejected that bid and put it back on the market. This buyer closed 3 weeks ago and paid $186,000.

Another Dyersburg Hud Foreclosures Site

I was driving down my road the other day and found a foreclosure. On the sign was this new website called Hud Home Store. There was also the name of a far off real estate agent and company. It never ceases to amaze me how our government operates by hiring an out of town(way out this time) real estate company to pull comps and advise the government what houses are worth in our area.

This morning I found a new Dyersburg area foreclosure listing on this website under the Ginnie Mae button over on the right. This property is located in Lakewood on 115 Aspen Circle and is priced at $127,900.

New Dyersburg Area Hud Foreclosure

Today Hud listed a foreclosure in Newbern at 822 Granite Drive. It is listed for $77,500 and only owner occupants bids will be opened in next 10 days.

This Newbern foreclosure is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with single car carport. It last sold for $107,500 back in January of 2007.

Fannie Mae Foreclosure

There is a new Fannie Mae foreclosure in Dyersburg,Tn. Actually it is not new but just listed by a different company at a reduced price. It was listed by a real estate agent in Milan, then auctioned off(but Fannie Mae did not approve the winning bid $156,000) so now Randy Lankford has it listed at $199,900.
