Dyersburg Foreclosure in Lakewood Information

I got an e-mail today from the listing agent for the Walnut Lane house. She told me the asset company is trying to decide whether to fix the broken water pipes under the house or to sell the house as is. I wrote about this Dyersburg Foreclosure in my previous post here.

I just found out that the 5 bedroom Lakewood house at 526 Elm Lane has been reduced. The new price is $183,900. This house has lots of water frontage on the main lake at Lakewood.

Some friends of mine from church used to live in this house and it was great place to get together with friends. Lots of parking, 3 car garage, 2 living levels, screened in porch are just a few of the amenities for this brick home in Dyersburg's Lakewood community.

A few days ago I wrote a post about a Wells Fargo bank foreclosure in the Dyersburg area. I stated that this was the best Dyersburg Foreclosure on the market.

Carousel Realty Closes Sale on Dyersburg Hud Foreclosure

Today, one of my agents traveled to Memphis to close the sale on the Dyersburg Hud foreclosure located at 345 Hawthorne. Here is the link to that listing.

The sales price was $34,259 which is 84.59% of list price(reduced once).
